Like much of the Logistics Service Industry, OEC was being held back by legacy technology and fragmented infrastructure. They were looking for end-to-end digital process transformation.
We built a freight and logistics platform on serverless cloud architecture to enable OEC to manage new business workflows from purchase orders and booking, through to shipment and delivery.
Additionally, we enabled OEC to automate the acquisition of purchase orders through seamless integration with retailer back-ends and increase solution adoption through intuitive UX and usability engineering/role-based product engineering.
The platform is currently used across various OEC departments by about 500 users, with deployment planned for around 2500 new users once consignees, shippers, and suppliers have access to it.
